Welcome to the Only Son Studios User Agreement.
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Only Son Studios, LLC (“Only Son Studios”) and it governs your use of the Only Son Studios website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the terms of this Agreement and to the terms of the Only Son Studios Privacy Policy posted on our website. If you do not consent to all the terms of this Agreement and Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Service.
Accessing the Service
The Service is made available to you for your private, personal use. Please keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your name, including all compliance with applicable laws.

Message frequency will not exceed 4 messages per month. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” These communications may include project announcements, behind-the-scenes updates, or other creative notifications.
Data
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we and/or our third-party partners may store and process limited user data for backup, security, and support purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable data privacy laws. You agree to defend and indemnify Only Son Studios from any claims that result from your misuse of the Service.

Payment Terms
When subscribing to receive SMS updates from Only Son Studios, you may be required to complete a payment. Only Son Studios reserves the right to re-charge your card in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
Modification of Service/Agreement
Only Son Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update this Agreement with or without notice. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Ownership and License
The Service and all associated materials are the property of Only Son Studios. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for personal use. All other rights are reserved.
Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by contacting support. Only Son Studios may terminate your access at its sole discretion. Upon termination, access to any user data or messages may be removed.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or digital content.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Only Son Studios disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
